It is a shame that our period products are so expensive and more so that when I was growing up there wasn't any environmentally friendly alternatives, so my generation covered the world in waste. Luckily some very clever people have invented some very clever products that we can all use and reuse safely.

I try and better my footprint on the world all the time, looking to make changes to my lifestyle that has as little impact as possible.
