Faulty item/replacements:

If your Comfee Heart still isn't working as intended then contact us via email or social media, and one of our friendly staff will get back to you asap with a replacement item after we run through a few common issues.

If your item is faulty you can get a replacement. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Just contact us via our contact us page or through social media. Comfee Heart Period Relief on FaceBook or Instagram.

Refunds:

Refunds can be given on Comfee Heart Period Relief device products in good condition with original undamaged packaging within 120 days of purchase, if the product doesn't work for you. Items must be posted back to our warehouse in QLD. We will provide a printable label for the return of the item. Item must be posted out before the 120 days has expired.

Any package that arrives with damaged goods, packaging or over the 120 days will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be given.

Warranty:

All Comfee Heart Period Relief products come with a full 1 year replacement warranty. 

Posting

Refunds & returns on cups and underwear

You can not return your cups or underwear for a refund due to change of mind even if not used due to the nature of the item and sanitary issues. 

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

• broken or damaged

• is unsafe

• is significantly different from the sample or description

• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Proof of purchase is required.

All refunds/exchanges under the above conditions must be requested by the purchaser no longer than 14 days from the items arrival via post.  

 

Postage policy:

Postage can sometime take a while. We endevour to send out within 2 working days but please be patient. 
Most items will have tracking however smaller items like sticky pads will not, so please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
If you parcel is not recieved within this timeframe please contact us.   
If delivery is urgent, please upgrade to express.
